SAVIENNE Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SAVIENNE. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, as they govern your participation in all experiences, and services organized by SAVIENNE LLC ("SAVIENNE", "we", "us", or "our").
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These terms constitute a binding contract between you ("Participant") and SAVIENNE LLC, governing all bookings, programs, and transactions made via SAVIENNE’s website or other channels.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting a booking, you affirm your acceptance of these terms and confirm you have informed all other Participants listed in your booking of these terms. All Participants are bound by this agreement.
3. PAYMENTS & BOOKING POLICY
Currency: All transactions are conducted in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH transfers without surcharge. Charges will appear as “SAVIENNE” or “SAVIENNE LLC.”
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon issuance of a confirmation email from SAVIENNE.
Right to Refuse: SAVIENNE reserves the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
4. RESERVATION PAYMENTS
Participants are required to pay for their SAVIENNE Experience ticket(s) in full in order to secure a reservation.
5. PRICING, INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Trip Pricing: Prices are in USD and based on double occupancy.
Included: Lodging, select meals, wellness & other activities as outlined in the specific itinerary.
Excluded:
Flights to/from experience locations.
Meals and transportation not listed.
Personal expenses.
Travel insurance (strongly recommended).
Gratuities, visa fees, taxes, and other incidentals.
Prices are subject to change. Taxes, bank fees, and currency fluctuations may apply depending on your financial institution.
6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellation Process: Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@savienne.com.
Refunds:
120+ days prior: 50% of the SAVIENNE Experience cost per person.
119–60 days prior: 25% of the SAVIENNE Experience cost per person.
59 days or fewer: no refund is available
7. CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS BY SAVIENNE
SAVIENNE reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel experiences due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances ("Force Majeure" — including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.). In such cases:
Experiences will be rescheduled, and your reservation transferred.
If unable to attend, credit may be issued, valid for 24 months.
8. HEALTH & SAFETY
Participants must comply with local health guidelines. Health-related trip interruptions are at your expense. Comprehensive insurance covering health, cancellations, and evacuations is strongly recommended.
9. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
Enrollment in SAVIENNE’s SMS service implies consent to receive service and marketing messages. Standard text and data rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
10. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
You authorize SAVIENNE to charge your card for any post-booking balances or applicable fees.
11. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
SAVIENNE serves as an intermediary for independent suppliers. Supplier terms and local laws govern services provided.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
SAVIENNE is not liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
13. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included but strongly advised.
14. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
You are responsible for securing and carrying proper documentation (passport, visa, vaccination records).
15. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Participants must disclose any health issues or special requirements. SAVIENNE reserves the right to decline participation based on health concerns.
16. COMPLAINTS
Report any issues during your experience immediately. Post-experience complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of trip completion.
17. START DATE
Participants are responsible for arriving on time. SAVIENNE is not liable for missed activities due to delayed travel.
18. ETIQUETTE
Participants must adhere to local laws and respect the group and environment. SAVIENNE reserves the right to remove anyone who disrupts the trip.
19. TRAVELER CODE
By booking, you agree to respect local customs, laws, and the well-being of fellow travelers.
20. LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVIENNE from any third-party claims arising from your conduct or breach of these terms.
21. MEDIA RELEASE
You consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the trip for SAVIENNE’s promotional use, unless you opt out in writing prior to departure.
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost paid for your experience. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of this agreement remains enforceable.
24. SUCCESSORS
These terms bind you and your heirs, successors, and assigns.
25. UPDATES
SAVIENNE may modify these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately.
26. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the full understanding between you and SAVIENNE and supersedes prior discussions or agreements.
LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Acknowledgment of Risks:
By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with travel and activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death. Risks include natural hazards, terrorism, civil unrest, remote locations, wildlife encounters, and limited access to medical care.
Medical Certification:
You confirm you are physically fit and have adequate insurance coverage for medical emergencies. SAVIENNE is not responsible for costs arising from any health-related issues.
Release & Indemnity:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree not to sue SAVIENNE, its employees, agents, or partners for any claims, demands, or liabilities. You agree to indemnify SAVIENNE against claims arising from your actions.
