Virginia-born chef Sean Brock is celebrated for reviving Appalachian cuisine at iconic restaurants like Husk, McCrady’s, Joyland, Audrey, June, and Bar Continental. A 2010 James Beard Best Chef: Southeast winner and 2015 Beard Award recipient for his cookbook Heritage, he’s also a four-time Beard finalist. A PBS Mind of a Chef host and featured on Chef’s Table, he continues exploring heirloom ingredients and redefining Southern culinary tradition
