Chef Ludo Lefebvre trained in France under some of the world’s best chefs, before rising to prominence in Los Angeles, where he earned Mobil Five-Star Awards, pioneered the pop-up restaurant movement and received a Michelin Star in 2019 for his restaurant, Trois Mec.  Ludo has been named one of the “World’s 50 Greatest Chefs” by Relais & Chateaux and was a James Beard Award finalist for a “Rising Star Chef, ” “Best Chef West” and “Best Culinary Program” for his hosting of Mind of Chef.  In December 2015, Ludo received the prestigious Chevalier de Arts des Lettres award from his home country of France.  Ludo’s acclaimed restaurants include Petit Trois, Trois Familia, Ludobab, Ludo Bird, Chez Maggy, and Delphine, showcasing refined French technique with modern, vibrant flair.
