CHEF MARC FORGIONE
Marc Forgione, son of culinary icon Larry Forgione, is a Michelin-starred chef celebrated for bold, seasonal New American cuisine. He leads Restaurant Marc Forgione, Peasant, and Khe-Yo. A Next Iron Chef winner and Iron Chef America alum, he earned Michelin stars (2010–2012), a two-star New York Times review, and was named Star Chefs’ Rising Star. A James Beard Award nominee for Outstanding Chef, Forgione also supports causes like City Harvest through his R.E.S.P.E.C.T. Hospitality group.
